Hello,

Does anybody know of any articles or software containing techniques for
dealing with sparse data sets? (The data is sparse in that there are few
examples covering a large potential input space, and also because only a
small ratio of the possible data features are present in any given
example.)

Thanks,

Stephen Potter,
