Anybody have any information about artificial nnws learning the way
the interplay between hippocampus (quick learning) and neocortex
(detailed and redundant techniques) in the human brain is supposed to
do it? The was a brief story in Science 12 Aug about an ANN for the
F-15 plane and how it was supposed to be guided if hit and guiding
system behaved differently than designed.
