Hello,

I have a set of n points in a plane. I want to place circles,
each with a radius of R, in the plane such that each point is
inside at least one circle, and I want to use a minimum number
of circles. I'm thinking about using clustering techniques to
solve the problem. Is this a good approach, or am I going down
a blind alley? Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.
