I'm used to Compuserve forums where there is a message section and a
library. Recently I downloaded a C++ genetics program from Compuserve that
is a companion to the C/C++ User Journal article on a C++ genetic algorithm
to solve a knapsack problem.

I'm wondering how / where to upload it on the Internet. And how to make
people of this group aware of it. OK, I realize its not the ultimate in GA
code, but its a good starting point for someone to write their own simple
C++ GA algorithm, plus it has a few interesting ideas. And people who have
read the article and are interested in getting the code, but aren't
Compuserve members, wouldn't have access to it.
