A related problem with Centre of Gravity (= centre of mass?) is that
with a rule "if A1 & A2 &...& An then B" where B is the fuzzy set on
the output axis representing a extrem output it is not possible to get
the min/max value defined for the output variable. see below:

           /    |

             |
            COG 
         max crips output
         value reachable

This can be solved by always having a maximum value greater than the
real maximum value the user want to assing an output variable, but
does anyone have a good solution to this problem ?
