Hello there...

I have an idea for a project involving the creation
of 'blobs' with assorted characteristics, such as movement,
sound and variety of colour. Visually they are like liquid mercury.

These a-life blobs move around an environment which
bears characteristics drawn from an external source
(a real space equipped with sensors) which effect the
behaviour of the individual blobs.

The blobs move around, inter-breeding (their characteristics
and internal algorithms melding) and creating variations
of the original blob-forms... (altered sound, colour, look)

Ultimately it would be nice if the little collection of
'creatures' blobbing around would be able to move away
from their original machine onto other machines with
different environments, and to further enact change.

The question is, is any of this possible,
and are there are any programmers out there
interested in the project, or anyone with any
suggestions as to whether the idea is weak,
or could it be improved upon?

We would be most grateful for any interest in this project!

Thanks a lot...
