children also do not have the understanding to know how going to
school will affect the rest of their lives, recess is the most
important part of school for a lot of children. 
Whether they understand or not makes no difference.
Society and the childs parents decide 'what is good for the child'
The child has little or no choice in the matter so their understanding
is not an issue.
