   This is a remotely related question. 
   I know Latin is the official language in the Vatican. 
   However, I suspect it is not a working language anymore. 
   For example, the last cathelism (the first version) 
   was in French not in Latin because there were not enough scholars 
   versed in Latin. 
   Does anybody confirm this? 
   Could anybody give examples in other countries?
