try contacting b.karlsen@dcs.shef.ac.uk if his account
is set up by now.  he is now with the sheffield speech
and hearing group in the department of computer science
there.  you might also be interested in the forthcoming
institute of acoustics speech group meeting proceedings,
though i'm not sure how or where they will appear yet.
