The Belgian version of RISK is obviously a lot more violent than the one i
know of ... :^)

For starters, the newsgroup comp.ai.games will be tres useful. You can
also get the code for things like xconq and so forth at your local
comp.sources archive which should give you a clue on strategy. Actually
the old version of RISK for the Mac used to have computer players that
were defensive, aggressive or neutral so it should be easy to do.
