I've written a survey of the various control-oriented fuzzy software
packages. This survey has detailed descriptions of TILShell,
FIDE, fuzzyTech, and CubiCalc, among others. This survey appears as
a chapter (chapter 15) in the book:

"Industrial Applications of Fuzzy Logic and Intelligent Systems," edited
by J. Yen, R. Lanagari, and L. Zadeh, IEEE Press, 1995. ISBN 0-7803-1048-9
