There used to be, but (alas) that product is no more. It was called
VisualWorks\C++; to the best of my knowledge it ceased to be a product
sometime in 1992 or 1993.

I say "alas" because, despite its flaws, it was a handy tool. I tried
it out on a system with ~500 classes and about 60,000 lines of code, and
it worked (if a little slowly at times). ObjectCenter of that vintage
wouldn't even load the code (it ran out of VM and crashed after 8 hours
on a Sparc 2), and HP Softbench would only load it if coaxed and
fondled.

That's one of many reasons I now spend my time working with Smalltalk
rather than C++. Of course finding a new employer who wanted that was a
good start :-)
