Unfortunately, no.  The underlying display engine was written
in C++ (fast, but painful) and is a 32 bit DLL.  Also, there
are a significant number of differences between VST & ST/V 16.

There are no runtime fees, but then again, you wouldn't use
edIt in a runtime; it's strictly a development tool. If you
want to use it in your own product, we'd have to discuss
licensing.
