Could someone (Tom?) please confirm when the last SCOOP went out? I bought
V Win32 about a year ago, received a couple of SCOOPs, and haven't received a 
new one in ages (about 6months)

December releases?

IMHO, this is more likely to encourage your users to WANT to upgrade
than is the promise of "a free SCOOP in every box."
