Nope. Not going to disregard it. The net rules still stand.
There are newsgroups for blatantly commercial posts, and
this is NOT one of them.

Just because you openly admit that your post violates the
net rules for this newsgroup doesn't make it ok for you
to subject us to your sociopathic, clueless inability to
understand even a scintilla of what it means to be a 
thinking person on Usenet.
