for information. There is a ton of it available on the net. In particular,

which should tell you a lot.

Dylan was developed by Apple, with assistance from others. Apple has
abandoned all Dylan development, at least for now. There's a group at
Carnegie-Mellon University and a company called Harlequin that are
developing Unix and MS-Windows versions.
