Actually, the original French versions of LOGO were in French.  I
believe some varieties were translated into other languages as well.
There was also a French version of BASIC.

Finally, for some newsgroup relevence, there was also a completely
French computer language called LSE (Langage Symbolique pour
l'Enseignement), which was a kind of Lisp with a Pascal syntax.  The
French love to claim that they invented everything under the sun, and
the Americans merely commercialize their inventions.  Looks like it
happened again with Dylan...
