BS/MS CS with 3-5 years' experience in the computer industry, preferably with at least 1 year developing expert systems and 1 year developing telecommunications software. Design and implementation experience is required in Lisp (Common Lisp preferred), expert systems, network technology, and C or C++. Familiarity with a Windows development environment is desirable.
