This is a little off the topic, but you should learn how to access the 
ftp site oak.oakland.edu.  They have thousands of freely-available DOS 
programs, and I know they have what you are looking for.  You should go 
to the /SimTel/msdos directory.  Read the README's and there is a little 
indexing program you can download which allows you to look up the 
software which you desire to download.  (BTW, there is probably some 
useful DSP stuff at this site).
