There is indeed a set of c routines available through Analog Devices, and
which used to be on their bulletin board (although last time I looked
at the board, it had NOTHING of any value on it about the PSA boards
--??? I hope that was just while new stuff was being updated, or some
kind of bug..). Anyway, the routines were written by the folks at
Echo Speech corporation and involve talking to and from the CODEC and the
DSP as well as Windows Sound System operation. If you will be programming
the ADSP2115 chip on the board, you'll also need an assembler for it.
AD has a cheap package available, but I've been using one from Digital
Audio Engineering (which was available earlier and cheaper, but has a
number of bugs).

some relevant numbers:

Analog Devices BBS: 617-461-4258

Echo Speech Corp voice #: 805-684-4593

don't have the number for DAE handy...
