Devices' DSPs and Cardinal DSP16 soundcard. They have developed
several software for Cardinal DSP16 card, such as GAO Effects 
(a real time special sound effects software), GAO Perfecting
(a loudspeaker compensation software), and GAO Skim/Zoomer
(a speech playback speed modification and examination software).
