Hello,
I am looking for the source code of a program that speeds up
speech, keeping it intelligible, ... I have a program called "speed",
(bin only) however I can't remember where I got it.

BTW, I would like the program to run oa a SPARC 2.
I looked in the cookbook, it mentions a section on speech changes, but
I couldn't find anything ???

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
