: Has anyone come across a good text-to-speech (over the phone) to another
: line end program. In other words a program that will put the output
: through the phone line to the receiver's speaker on the phone...?

This brings to my mind that one of my friends made a rexx macro for his
database program (SuperBaseIV) to receive phoenicalls, and in some way
finding out the person who was calling, and giving a personal message
from his stored spoken messages. Those messages were still prerecorded.
