Does anyone know of any published algorithms for measuring
the duration of a spoken utterance? A colleague and I are
in the process of setting up some experiments to measure
how consist people are (in terms of duration) when they speak
the same word or phrase in repeated trials. I'd like to avoid
reinventing the wheel if I can. Thanks in advance!
