Our department offers an undergratuate class for simple stuff (few hundred gates
), and senior design/graduate level classes for CPU's and such. Most of the
equipment/software has been donated by IBM, Intergraph, Mentor Graphics, TI and
a few others I think.

We also offer an undergraduate class for microelectronic fabrication (circuit
design through wafer fab) and a hybrid micro class (circuit design through thick
and thin film fab).
