Hello, I am a graduate student at the University of Iowa who is working in the
area of motor control. I am interested in purchasing a robotic arm to be used
in my dissertation experiments. My experiments are dealing with
rehabilitative techniques used by patients who have suffered a stoke. I need
the robotic arm to position small objects in front of the patients to point or
grab. Some of the specifications I would like the robotic arm to have include:

Positioning accuracy +- 0.9 mm
Load capacity 500-800 g
Reach 500-900 mm
Progamming language BASIC C or PASCAL
Cost under $3000

Could I get some information about kits, or used robots that someone may have
available for my purpose. Thank you in advance. Andy Butler
