               --------- CALL FOR SOFTWARE ---------

MechEng, the BBS of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, has
been collecting technical and scientific software for more than 6 years.
By popular request, the entire collection will be published early in
1994 on CD-ROM. The CD-ROM will be available through the ASME as well
as commercial vendors.

If you have authored public domain or shareware that would be of
interest to engineers, I would like to add your work to the MechEng
collection and include it on the CD-ROM. MechEng also supports
demonstration versions of commercial software which may be of interest
to engineers. Only true demonstration versions are allowed, no "slide
show advertising" programs will be considered.

Submissions to the MechEng collection are best made directly to the
system, although postal mail submissions are also possible. MechEng
answers at 608-233-3378 at 8 bits, no parity, one stop bit. There are 5
lines open 24 hours a day. The system is a free service of Mechanical
Engineering magazine.
