In fact, Lojban and its close relatives do have this ambiguity:
"dotco tadni" may mean either sense of "German student".  The
unambiguity of Lojban/Loglan is morphological and syntactic, not
semantic.

!gua -spi by Jim Carter does resolve this ambiguity (by changing
the tone on the second word).
