This is a neat statement of a crucial difference: some people seek a 
"perfect" language, or something like it; others seek an IAL which
*works* well right now. Esperanto is not perfect, so the tinkerers
spend lots of time/energy complaining & suggesting "improvements".
But Esperantists learn the language quickly and *use* it to talk
to folks from all over the planet: Esperanto *works*.
