I'm looking for a name or net address for a research group whose work was
shown in the recent PBS NOVA special (no, I don't want to join the flamewar,
thank you.) The group's effort was directed at mapping out relationships and
creating a classification scheme for Asian languages, which they believed
was an under-studied problem compared to what's been done with Indo-European.
Can anyone tell me whose group that is? I didn't catch the name, only that
they are at Cal Berkeley.
