i say that all the time. my use of the word "email":
I have too much email in my inbox.
Email me when you find out the answer.
Send me mail./ Mail me. (i use mail and email interchangeably; mail != 
snailmail.)
The prof emailed me some feedback.
I mailed my aunt in honduras but it bounced. (this one caused my dad to look
puzzled.)
