I'm still researching the "Are non-humans lurking on Usenet?" business in my
plentiful spare time. Thanks to the many people who wrote to me privately, or
contributed publicly to the thread.

The short anwer is: Yes! There are AIs masquerading as humans on Usenet.

The long answer will come later. :-)

Meanwhile, I'd like to hear from anyone who has more information (including
old Usenet message postings from) the following AI suspects:

  Julia (MUD/MOO dweller)
  "MVS" (net.singles dweller?)
  Zumabot (many NGs, esp. talk.politics.mideast)
  Danbala

Also the proposal for automated newsgroup / mailinglist moderators: Any
further opinions pro/con, or knowledge of prototypes underway, is of interest.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
