I am interested in studies or research (or your own views) on the impact
implementing Expert Systems/AI tools have on the workplace. This would include
worker acceptability, adaption/resistance to their implementation versus
pure studies of increases in workplace productivity.

My specific area of interest is a customer support organization implementing
a problem/resolution tool for the first level of support ... but all
responses are encouraged.

Thanks!
