Ahh, Information processing HAS been evolving for quite a while and, in fact,
probibaly will not have verry far to go to reach consciousness.
Consciousness is already becomming a mature technology in humans like
locomotion was before the invention of steem powered craft, autos, jet
aircraft etc.  The basic frame work is already in place and its mooving at a
historically thrilling pace!
