Is there a simple way of rendering propositions like:

"John believes someone broke into the bank."

	(John believe E(x):(x break-into bank))

in a form usable by a simple unifier? Note that this has
a different meaning than:

"There is a particular someone who John believes
	 broke into the bank."

	E(x):(John believes (x break-into bank))

[Also note I've directed all follow-ups to sci.cognitive, although
email is preferred.]
