Subject: GAs in Control - Bibliography

Following my request for bibliography on GAs in Control (v7n1), I
attach a list of references in this area. *Many thanks* to those who
contributed, and apologies for having taken so long to get this list
out. I have included references which I gathered myself as well.

Thanks,
