Subject: Call for GA Papers -- Tools for AI

In case you haven't seen this, here's another good opportunity
for GA papers in our non-conference year:

			CALL FOR PAPERS

2nd International Conference on Tools for AI

			November 6-9, 1990

		Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society

			-------------------

Topics:

	AI and Knowledge-based Architectures
	AI and Software Engineering
	Machine Learning
	AI Languages
	Neural Networks
	AI Applications

Deadlines:

	May 15, 1990:	Submission
	July 15, 1990:	Acceptance
Aug. 25, 1990:	Final papers to IEEE
	Nov. 6-9, 1990:	TAI meeting & presentations

Submit four copies of your paper to:

	Prof. W. T. Tsai
	Department of Computer Science
	4-192 EE/CS Building
	200 Union Street S.E.
	University of Minnesota
	Minneapolis, MN 55455

I have been asked to be a Program Vice Chair. I agreed to do it
on the condition that I could have as many GA sessions as needed
to cover accepted papers. This is a reviewed conference which will be
held in the Washington, D.C. area (probably near Dulles airport).
Note the submission deadline of May 15, 1990. Make sure your
paper/abstract/keywords indicate genetic algorithms/machine learning
so it will get routed to me. If you have any doubts, questions, etc.
give me a call and/or send one copy of the paper to me. The best
way to contact me this spring is at NRL rather than GMU:
