                               ---------------

Togai InfraLogic, Inc. has been selected by NASA Johnson Space Center as a
recipient of a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) award for 1991. The
award will be used to study fuzzy logic control for improving performance of
thermal control systems, which includes industrial applications such as air
conditioning and energy control.

The SBIR objectives are to stimulate technological innovation in the United
States by using small business firms to help meet Federal research and
development needs and to encourage commercial applications of Federally
supported research innovations. TIL is one of 301 recipients of a Phase I
contract under the SBIR program. TIL's entry was selected competitively from
2,583 proposals. Selections were made on the basis of scientific and technical
merit, capabilities of the firm and value of the proposal research innovations
to NASA. Having been previously awarded a Phase I and Phase II contract from
NASA to study the merging of fuzzy logic with expert systems, TIL has continued
to demonstrate its extensive capabilities.
