The ALife IV paper is titled "Artificial Fishes with Autonomous
Locomotion, Perception, Behavior, and Learning in am Simulated
Physical World". Authors are Demetri Terzopoulos, Xiaoyuan Tu
and Radek Grzeszczuk. Email address (dt|tu|radek)@cs.toronto.edu.

I don't know about ftp availability. If you find out how to get
a copy of the video they showed, please let me know!!
