How to Install the driver for the printers Rainbow2COLOR and SpectralCOLOR
In order to print properly on Rainbow2COLOR or SpectralCOLOR the following steps should be taken to load the driver:
- From the main menu title bar select the Go then select Connect to Server
- Enter the Server Address: osx.srv.cs.cmu.edu
- Click on Connect
- Connect as: Guest and select Connect
- Select the volumes to mount as Public and select ok twice
- Open the path /Printers/SpectralCOLOR Rainbow2COLOR/Printer Driver/PrinterDriver/Osx Installer
- Double click the OSX installer application file and follow the instructions to install
Changing the driver to E-7000 PS US
- Select the driver from System Preferences/Print & Fax
- Select the printer then click the Printer Setup
- Select the Printer Model
- Select the Ricoh drivers
- Select E-7000 PS US and then Apply Changes
