Face Morphology

Philippe Ajoux - 2010

A simple Delaunay triangulation was used with user-defined control-points to do geometry warping. A consitent 43-point labeling was used for each of the 31 student images. Some student labelings were missing and/or incorrect. I made labelings for all such students. Thus, the mean (average) face of our class is computed using all images. If you are interested in computing the mean face of our class you can download the full image and labelings (included all 31 images with corresponding labelings). The main problem my morphing process has is some annoying "black line" artifacts on the left and right border of the image (cropping 1 pixel from the left and right would eliminate this). Other than the morph of my picture (25.JPG) to the next (26.JPG), I also morphed the previous (24.JPG) into me and two friends into each other. Check out the mean face of our class!
