Face Morphing
Alex Limpaecher
For this assignment we used image warping and cross-dissolve techniques to morph one image into another. By designating a couple of control points, we were able to triangulate the image. By then performing linear interpolation between the triangle meshes of the two images, we were then to warp one image, triangle by triangle, to match the other.
I was off campus, so I could not able to get my photo taken. I morphed the end of faces into faces 2.

By averaging out all the triangle meshes and then morphing the faces to that average and then compositing them, I was able to get a mean face. I had to complete this assignment before it was due, so I worked off of the 2008 photos.
I attempted to create caricatures using the 2008 class data. I averaged the male faces and the female faces and took the difference. I then added that difference multiplied by a Ògirl ratioÓ. This did not turn out to be that successful.
