Notes:
Implemented in Java. Large images take ~20 seconds to compute.
Use vertical Sobel filter for alignment (figured horizon was a strong alignment clue), which works extremely well in practice; every image aligned properly.
Implemented very simple contrast boost feature (column 3).
Channel offsets contained in this file.
