I took the filters that Professor Efros had, and went on a little photoshoot of the campus. The results turned out fairly poor. I have a strong feeling this is because I did not change my camera to "black and white" mode. I am guessing that the camera did some hefty color correcting, thus destroying the effect that Prokudin-Gorskii had. In addition, not having a tripod was very detrimental to the overall results.
