Motivation

I am interested in taking a small sports clip, overlay the the person's motion over the whole background like the picture below . Companies like Dartfish have done something similar for olympics.

I was also inspired by numerous other sports companies like SportVision.

In football, a common situation for cameramen is that one camera guy will catch a runnning back running down sideline, while another camera guy will catch the celebration. Usually on tv they just switch camera angles...now wouldn't it be cool if we had the whole view?
