7:30pm Guided tours begin. Guided tours will be available throughout the evening.
8:00pm Reception begins (at this time, the museum will be closed to the general public).
10:30pm The upper floors and galleries will close, but the reception hall will remain open until 11:00pm.
Hors D'oeuvres and light food will be provided, plus wine, beer, and soft drinks. You must be 21 years of age to be served alcohol. Coffee and deserts will also be available.
Musical Entertainment will be provided.
Unfortunately, no free parking is available. However, parking is available in the lot next to the building at $3.75 per car. Street parking is also available at no cost (if you are lucky enough to find a spot).
EXTRA: An Action Transit shuttle will be provided for all new grad students. The shuttle will leave from the University Center's "turn-a-round" off Forbes, twice, once at at 7:15pm and again at 7:45pm. Return shuttles leave from the Warhol Museum at 10:20pm and 11:00pm. They will return to the University Center. It is important to note that there are only two trips each way. If you miss the last one then you will have to find your own transportation. Extra seats may be available for other grad students who do not have transportation.
