This is the Tgraphplan source code as used for:
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~jcl/papers/planning/ecp.ps

It should compile on linux or sparc systems.  

Known bugs:

The printing code does not necessarily work for printing more then the
first action of a plan.  Consequently, the default planning horizon
just prints the first action.
