		fix for netbsd-current, to use stty and gtty correctly

	atk/console/stats/rs_aix3/getstats.c (patch)
		included system.h to define SYS_ERRLIST

	contrib/tm/tm.c (patch)
		used ioctl_compat.h for NetBSD and FreeBSD as well as bsdi

	contrib/tm/tmv.c (patch)
		changed sys_errlist to SYS_ERRLIST_TYPE

	overhead/mail/metamail/metamail/metamail.c
		use ioctl instead of gtty and stty

This patch assumes the NetBSD-current.diffs patch has already been run on the source.
