Position Overview
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
CSA has an immediate requirement for a NextPert Programmer on site at the Ford
Motor Company.  The NextPert programmer will perform Artificial Intelligence
(AI) Expert Systems applications development of CAD data programs required to
facilitate to the KBE tools into the SDRC CAD/CAM Master Series.

REQUIREMENTS: Should have working knowledge of the following:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
 *  Minimum 1 year NextPert A/I programming experience.
 *  Minimum 1 year experience A/I developing GUI.
 *  Education:  BS in CS, Math, Engineering or equivalent experience
 *  UNIX tools: Be able to write and modify schell scripts.
 *  Scripting languages - perl, C-shell, Korn shell, Bourne Shell, Awk.
 *  Citizenship:  US Citizenship or permanent residence is preferred.
 *  Communications: Good interpersonal, Verbal and Written communication
    skills.
 *  Strong organizational skills.

DESIRABLE:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
 *  Citizenship:  US Citizenship or permanent residence
 *  Experience with automotive design.
 *  Experience with SDRC CAD/CAM.

Location:           A Ford site in the Dearborn, MI area

Compensation:       $40K - $65K Total compensation, Depending on experience,
                    plus excellent benefits
