InterNIC records maintained by Network Solutions, Inc. indicate that Xyrid Communications Corporation provides ISP services to the website resolving at ICEFORTRESS.COM. Said website is a so-called "hacker education" site. Currently, this site publishes detailed information about IBILL's electronic server security system, which such information is not only proprietary in nature, but is also protected under the statutory laws of the United States and the State of Florida. As such, the operator of this site, and all persons or entities which facilitate dissemination of this protected information, are subject to civil and criminal liability under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Florida trade secrets Act. Xyrid is not shielded from liability under section 230 of the Telecommunications Act, as the behavior is both criminal and tortuous. Demand is hereby made upon Xyrid to immediately disable the ICEFORTRESS website and to preserve evidence. No further warnings will be provided prior to commencement of legal action.
